Active supervision is a critical component of a healthy and safe child care program. Attached is a flyer/resource for your program to use and post at each and every “transition point” for teachers and staff. This could mean doorways to classrooms, playgrounds, fences, exits, gymnasiums and more. This posted sign acts as a reminder to count and name each child as a classroom is transitioning, to assure every child is accounted for.
