It was such a honor to hold our first face-to-face FET since pre-pandemic at Boone Tavern in Berea, Kentucky on September 23rd. We had 25 participants from around the state and a full day of great training! Our CCA Training Coaches facilitated and were able to give assistance to all the participants. Participants were coached on the design of new training plans and had a great time learning how to facilitate high quality trainings. Through multiple training methods and lots of discussion our soon to be new trainers were very interactive with each other and their coaches. They were able to network with each other and hopefully made a few new friends!
