The Office of Special Education and Early Learning in partnership with the Governor’s Office of Early Childhood is pleased to offer a Request for Application (RFA) for the Preschool Quality Partnership (PQP) grant. The PQP grant will provide funding to support full-day, year-round, high-quality early childhood services for 3- and 4-year-old preschool children. The goal is to expand access to or enhance the quality of existing programs to meet the unique and unmet needs of children and families in their communities. The award amount is up to $300,000. Grant applications are due March 22, 2024, by 4 p.m. ET. Please address all questions about the grant to Jennifer Bryant, Kentucky Department of Education, at KDERFP@education.ky.gov.
