Dear Kentucky Child Care Providers,

Due to the increase in processing through the Medicaid Public Health (PHE) Unwinding timeframe, CCAP recertifications have been extended. Any case due a recertification in June, July, August, September, and October 2024 have been extended for 12 months.

An outreach notice has been issued to these CCAP households advising them that their recertification due date has been extended. The DCC-094, Notice of Change Child Care Service Agreement and Certificate, has been generated to all households and providers with CCAP enrollments to advise of continuing eligibility. No additional action is needed for these extensions.
