- Increase staff confidence when having conversations with parents about child development.
- Gain clarity on next steps for referrals to services.
- Build family engagement and parent-provider team building.
- Offer screening to be reflected in STARS rating.
- Focus on social-emotional awareness and skills.
- Have access to a variety of developmental screening and monitoring tools:
Ages & Stages Questionnaires® (ASQ-3® and ASQ:SE-2®) online developmental screens, data collection and social-emotional resources that:
- Provide reliable source for referral to early intervention services.
- Collect data on developmental progress, identification of delays, and connection to services while tracking number of screens, referrals, outcomes, and follow-up.
- Include printable learning activities and resources to share with and support parents.
“Learn the Signs. Act Early” milestones tracker app, checklists, materials, and fun learning activities to:
- Inform parents of important developmental milestones and activities to support skills.
