The Kentucky Division of Child Care (DCC) is pleased to announce an exciting update as part of our state-sponsored partnership with brightwheel, the #1 childcare management platform for saving time and simplifying your day. 

Programs may now collect the required daily and weekly signatures to verify Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) attendance records directly in brightwheel – replacing the current DCC-94E Child Care Daily Attendance Record printed form. This means less paperwork and more streamlined processes for you!

Have an account or just want to learn more? Brightwheel and DCC are also hosting a series of webinars to demonstrate how to use brightwheel for electronic CCAP attendance records. All current users and new customers are welcome to join by registering for one of the following times:

• Webinar 1 | Thursday, October 10th at 12:00pm EST/11:00am CST
• Webinar 2 | Thursday, October 10th at 5:30pm EST/4:30pm CST
• Webinar 3 | Tuesday, October 15th at 12:00pm EST/11:00am CST

Note: Providers only need to attend one webinar as the content will be the same.  If you are unable to attend the webinar, please register and a recording will be sent to you.
