The Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDBG) requires all states to develop and submit a state plan every three (3) years outlining how the Division of Child Care is implementing all federal requirements.  

A draft of the 2025-2027 State Plan is attached and will be posted on the DCC website: https://www.chfs.ky.gov/agencies/dcbs/dcc/Pages/default.aspx.   A virtual public hearing will be held on Thursday, June 27, 2024 at 11am.   You may also submit comments to childcare.regulation@ky.gov by June 27, 2024.
