When training adults it is important to remember, just like children, we get cold, we get thirsty or we need to just stand up for a minute. Creating a self care corner at your training, or self care area, you can provide a safe place for participants to take care of their needs without taking away from your training. I suggest adding a couple of throws (in case someone gets cold), water, small candy or mints, small toys, fidgets, and having an area for people to stand (without distracting others).
You can change things or add things as you need to your comfort station.
